REALTY: DLF5 releases “The Crest” - 8.8 acre luxe residential in Gurugram

Key Features of The Crest include involvement of award winning design firm Richmond Designs UK for doing the interiors of common areas and clubhouse, elevator by Kone with speed up to 4 meters per second, air conditioning by LG Electronics, windows glazing by Fenesta, CP fittings by Grohe, sanitary ware from Duravit, PPR and PEX piping system, and as a first for the industry, the mechanical, plumbing and finishing (MEPF) work was initiated as soon as the lower floors were cast. About 18 million man hours have been invested in ensuring timely completion of the project.
